Directions:
Race starts and finishes at the Ski Den at Boulder Lake Ski Trails, about 18 miles north of Duluth. In Duluth, exit I-35 N at exit 256A onto Mesaba Ave and go for 1.5 miles. Turn left at lights onto E Central Entrance and go for 1.3 miles. Turn right onto Arlington Ave and continue for 1.5 miles. Road becomes CR-4/Rice Lake Rd. Continue on for 15.5 miles. Turn left onto Boulder Dam Rd and go 2.8 miles.
